3rd return for Choupie who has already made Every Baby Section of Nursery school, and a Small Section. This year, she changes school, direction: the public of the end of the street! They did not find useful to delay her in the private, finally, it was just great the 1st year to be able to let her in in 2 and a half years (I remind that miss was born on January 14th).

Go, everything will go well! It is life, they grow and it is necessary to let them exaggerate (ahhhhhhh they discuss again it next year when small cabbage will go in its turn). Having contacted recently by a young person (and nice) sports coach, I wanted to give him word the mouse here, thinking very pertinent and interesting to tackle on this blog the big question of putting back into shape after baby, but also physical activity during the pregnancy.

A physical activity, yes but how, how long?

Frequency of sessions:
The women having practiced a physical activity before the pregnancy can continue their regular regime of exercise during the pregnancy.

For others, start in a progressive way, at the rate of 1 session a week, then by adding 1 session a week to the point of attaining 4 sessions weekly.

Intensity / difficulty of sessions:
Be capable of holding a dialogue while practicing a physical activity.

Length of sessions:
By starting a programme of exercise, it is recommended to the woman to begin by 15 minutes continuous exercise.

According to the pregnancy, the length of financial year can augment to achieve 30 minutes by session.
